Sarasota County – Community members are invited to take part in an online survey to help shape the future of local parks and recreational programs.
This initiative from Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR) is designed to collect valuable community feedback to help enhance opportunities and services offered throughout the county.
Starting March 1, through the end of the month, residents and community stakeholders can access the survey at the following link: bit.ly/PRNRsurvey
The survey will expire on April 1, 2025.
The survey, which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete, provides residents with a unique opportunity to share their thoughts and influence the development of parks and programs in their neighborhoods.
Community members are encouraged to share the survey link with family, friends and neighbors to ensure a broad range of input.
“As we continue to improve our parks and recreation services, it’s essential that we hear directly from the people who use them,” said Nicole Rissler, Director of Sarasota County PRNR. “This survey is a great way for residents to contribute to the future of our community’s outdoor spaces and recreational programming.”
A record total of 2,500 surveys were submitted by Sarasota County residents, seasonal residents and visitors for the Community Needs Assessment Survey in 2023.
