At the PRNR Administration Building, interior finishes are well underway. Cabinet installation is actively in progress, adding functionality and form to the interior spaces. The ceiling tile grid is also being installed, helping to define the rooms and hallways. Looking ahead, flooring installation is scheduled to begin during the first week of November, marking another key milestone in the building’s transformation.
Over at the Twin Lakes Park Community Building, drywall installation is currently in progress. This phase is shaping the interior layout and preparing the space for the next stages of construction.
Meanwhile, sitework continues to advance. Crews are performing finish grading to level and prepare the ground for final surfaces. Sidewalk installation is also underway, improving accessibility and walkability throughout the site. In early November, irrigation and landscaping work will begin, bringing greenery and visual appeal to the area as the project enters its final stages.
We appreciate the community’s continued interest and support as we bring these improvements to life. Stay tuned for more updates as construction progresses.

Administration Building
The project is progressing steadily. Window delivery is expected in early October, which will allow us to fully enclose the building and move forward with interior climate control. All drywall installation, taping, and mudding have been completed. Crews are now focused on wall finishing, with priming and painting actively underway throughout the interior. Once painting is complete, interior finishes such as flooring, ceiling tiles, and fixtures will follow.
Multipurpose Building
Significant progress has been made on the Multipurpose Building. The exterior paneling is now fully installed, giving the structure its finished outer appearance. Inside, rough framing is complete, and work is ongoing on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. These critical systems are being installed in preparation for the next phase of construction. Once MEP work is finalized, drywall installation will begin, followed by interior finishes.
Site Work
Site development is advancing in parallel with building construction. Grading is currently underway to shape drainage swales and prepare for sidewalk installation. These improvements are essential for proper stormwater management and pedestrian access.
