7/29/2026 - PLEASE NOTE: The bridge to access Lincer through the Carlton is closed for travel until further notice due to needed repairs. This is the only access point for the public, so the preserve will remain closed until the bridge can be repaired.

Parking for Lincer Preserve is available at the Carlton Resserve located at 1800 Mabry Carlton Parkway, Venice, FL and can be accessed from the South Border Trail shown in the Carlton CMR Camping Brochure.
