Experience one of Sarasota County's spectacular natural areas during a mostly silent, meditative walk. Studies from around the world show that spending time in nature can benefit both mental and physical health. A UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County educator or volunteer will guide you in exploring ways to find peace in nature while supporting your well-being.<br/><br/>Meet next to the historic Dr. C.B.
