Explore the diverse natural habitats of Red Bug Slough Preserve with Sarasota County Environmental Specialist Liz Gandy. Along the way, participants will learn to identify native and nonnative plants, observe resident wildlife and discover the unique features of the preserve's ecosystems.
No matter the season, there is always something in bloom or an opportunity to spot interesting wildlife. Participants will also learn how to use mobile apps to identify and document plant and animal species encountered during the walk.
